Have you fitted a bleed valve? They are not the best way to get power from your S2.

There is no need to mess with any wastegate connections on the S2 to make more power. ALL that is needed is good ECU software for turbo, ignition & fuel control.

Normaly people put a mechnical valve in place of the N75 to increase boost but this is wrong as the chip is then not controlling the boost. Fueling and timing will be all wrong
Tightening the wastegate is also wrong.
This is done when some1 tries to make it a mechanical system instead of boost being controlled by a good modified chip.
Put everything back to standard. Buy a chip from Paul or Mihnea. you will be happy.

I believe a general remap of a standard S2 will give you ~280bhp and ~430nm this is obviously dependant on the health of the engine, peak boost for the ABY is ~1.4bar.
