Hi, today I connected car to the vagcom to do some trials, but the battery did not last enough. I got following error codes on 2 runs

    Code:
    VAG-COM Version: Release 311.2-N
[B]RUN1[/B] before doing the trial runs around.
    Control Module Part Number: 8A0 907 551 C
      Component and/or Version: 2,2l R5 MOTR.RHV RS2D01
               Software Coding: PMC 4
                Work Shop Code:
    3 Faults Found:
00537 - Lambda (Oxygen Sensor) Regulation
            08-10 - Control Limit Surpassed - Intermittent
    00561 - Mixture Adaptation
13-00 - Adaptation Limit (Mul) Not Reached
    VAG-COM Version: Release 311.2-N

[B]RUN2[/B] Resetted run1 codes and did some trials in the road, mosly, low rpm and high rpm accelerations
    Control Module Part Number: 8A0 907 551 C
      Component and/or Version: 2,2l R5 MOTR.RHV RS2D01
               Software Coding: PMC 4
                Work Shop Code:
    1 Fault Found:
    00519 - Intake Manifold Pressure Sensor (G71)
            06-10 - Signal to High - Intermittent
    VAG-COM Version: Release 311.2-N

    [B]RUN3[/B] Cleared codes again
    Control Module Part Number: 8A0 907 551 C
      Component and/or Version: 2,2l R5 MOTR.RHV RS2D01
               Software Coding: PMC 4
                Work Shop Code:
    2 Faults Found:
    00561 - Mixture Adaptation
13-00 - Adaptation Limit (Mul) Not Reached
    00519 - Intake Manifold Pressure Sensor (G71)
            17-10 - Control Difference - Intermittent
Also I have some logs of first 3 groups, but i dont know if it helps. I personally dont understand anything from first 3 blocks.

I am adding the log files also

Car is not reliable, sometimes it accelerates well, sometimes not. I am using 98 octane pump gas. MAF, lambda, injectors, coil packs, spark plugs are brand new.

    any ideas???

    btw, car is a 1995 rs2 at 80K miles

oh by the way isthe absolute pressure refers to MAP sensor reading or the sensor that reads the athmosferic pressure?

If its MAP reading then i solved my problem, there is a leak/faulty map problem
    Cheers

      Some questions and suggestions -

What lambda probe did you fit - Audi/Bosch original or cheap replica device. I see your lambda value spends most time below 1.0 which is odd - it should have roughly half the values over 1.0. Its this modulation around 1 (indicating stoic mixture) that shows a healthy control loop.

If your car is mostly below 1, then it is unable to control the mixture properly. Hence the fault code 'adaptation limit exceeded'. Suggests an air leak or exhaust system leak to me.

Also need to check fuel pressure, filter & regulator.

An air leak would correlate with the MAP fault code, but of course it could also be a faulty MAP sensor. Easy tested with a VAG1598 !

the previous owner bought the lambda from a german audi dealer. I have the invoices, also I have the old one also, its working.

what is the color of the tube that go to the map sensor? There is a pink tubing hooked up to manifold in the back of the engine, but there is also an unhooked black tubing near. both pink and black tubing is hard tubing.

Green tube goes to the MAP sensor in the ECU (via braided hose also).

You shouldn't have any 'unhooked' black tubing. Everything should be airtight. DOes your fuel pressure regulator have a control hose attached to the inlet manifiold ? It should 'T' into the gree line.........
