They are *almost* the same, except the 3B item is physically packaged in a different way so as to work with routing of pipes.
I have both items in the garage in the spares rack if you need photos to explain.

I would be delighted to hear the differences of 3B and aan wgsv, couse I have one spare from my s2 3B and my friend needs wgsv on his s4 aan, but we dont know if it gonna be good for aan

The way to test the pipe layout is that without any electrical connection you can blow air thru the route that connects the turbo output to the wastegate (presenting it with boost to open it).
With 12V applied to the WGFV the routing for air is now from the MAF hose to the wastegate (presenting it with vacuum to close it).
