Boost - lack of....

Help please - again.

My 3B with homefries is only generating a boost pressure of 1 bar where it used to reach 1.4/1.5 on overboost - I am guessing it is a split hose somewhere?
Has anyone got a pressure testing kit in the Derby / Midlands area that would be able to do me a favour or tell me what is required so I can make one?

any experts down south round london, kent, surrey area that could help me with locating a possible boost leak. I am only getting around 15psi in first and second gear. Is that correct bearing in mind i have a mrc remapp. cheers
