Hi, what shall i do? LOL or how much do i need to use?
saying that the S2 seems to have all the good stuff, what do i need.
Also how much to put in him.
You can just pull the bottom hose of the main or aux rad. You won't get every last drop, but you'll get quite a lot.
I'd be more careful about bleeding the system - it's quite a convoluted, large system and there will inevitably be air in there. Use the bleed valve on the top of the main radiator - once you've re-filled the system, run the engine at tickover until the cooling fan comes on and gently open the valve and air will definitely start bubbling out. Once the bubbles stop, close it for a little while, then open it again and you'll get more bubbles guaranteed. Repeat for as long as you can cope with.
There is another bleed valve on the hose that goes to the heater matrix, but that usually breaks so don't bother with it.
Let the car cool down and I would suggest repeat the process all over again.
Over the next few days, keep an eye on the coolant level in the expansion tank and if you notice that it's dropped much, have another go at bleeding it - also re-check the hose that you took off to drain it just to make sure it's safe and secure. You'd hate to have that pop off under full acceleration and dump 8litres of coolant over the engine, it's happened to me and it's not nice !
