How to upgrade RS2 engine for a Urq

In my opinion yes it is a good idea to swap to a tubular manifold, unless you have a Sport one to hand?
Fuel pump would be a possibility, especially if you are using the original WX item.
Max Nm and HP difficult to say as every engine is different. You should get some good figures though with the size of that intercooler.
It was a good job you upgraded your brakes
Your installation looks very neat.

Saw on ETKA that the WX feul pump is the same as the SQ KW engine.
So is swap needed, or not???

Jaap. If you put the DV after the MAF, it must vent back into system somewhere, also after the MAF, the same as stock to prevent poor running. But as any place after the MAF is pressurised, the DV will have nowhere to dump the air.
A vent to atmosphere or will be fine, just make sure it's after the turbo and before the MAF. If you don't want the noise, just keep the recirculating DV in the same place as stock.

Did you place the popp off ventil between the MAF and the trottle???
I think so....but not sure.

No its between the turbo and maf

The tubular manifold would place it similar to this image, you would also need a custom downpipe.

I could have know indeed. Ah well.
I wonder when he's entering 10's on the 1/4. I have a "mere" 500 hp and doing 11,6 with a loaded S2, he's got around 700 hp doing 11,9's. He can do better then that.....

The core is a high eff. core and the steering pump is down, where usualy the airco pump in a Ur engine bay is.
Did need to get the hoses on the pump adjusted.

It the moment it's a cone air filter poking out where the headlight should be very street racer! I'll take a pic and post it, mightn't be until after Christmas though as I'm off to catch up with the wife 'n kids in Helsinki for a few days.
