does anyone know what is the valve head diameter of intake and exhaust valve for 3B engine.

And also if anybody knows intake and exhaust port dimensions for 3B engine as well.
I am trying to design tubular exhaust manifold, but ihave hard time finding these numbers, so if anyone knows them i would realy appreciate help.

Maybe this will help you, it are the specs of a AAN engine, but I think the valve's have the same sizes:
