Engine rebuilds who and where?
How much?
Will they put in a few bits that I am buying?


If I do it myself (so I can get the car sprayed and interior stripped and cleaned/replaced (looking for black leather next year boys)) Where can I get the bits from (gasket sets)

Also has anyone on here replaced the crank pully. I know there is a lightweight alloy one on here which I have had a look at but I need something a little bit wider and with a tooth belt section to run a supercharger off. Any Ideas.

Aelred is your man, done two for me, both spot on, lots of care and lots of attention. Will build to any spec you want and will fit any component that you want, so long as it is good quality as he wont compromise his good name.

In a rebuild do they use new parts or do they strip your original engine and clean it out of deposits and so on? cheers

Btw guys , can you recommend anyone whom i can send my head for top job :

Converting it to mechanical lifters
Very good port job
Titanium retainers , HD Springs , maybe bigger valves and s.o.

The best I found so far is PK racing and they aks for 3000 EUR if i send them my head

That all depends on exactly what work you want done - and what parts you want uprated.

How much does it cost for sending a 2.5 block with Crank, pistons, bearings, rods, ect ect and they must only prepare the block and put them together!

And for the head, new hyd lifters, new valves if nessesary, new prings and porting-polishing! 3-5angle job!
