    From the workshop manual:

    Checking internal resistance

Connect multimeter to valve for resistance measurement.
    Specification: 25 ... 35 ω

    HTH,

      HTH,

      Ben
Yes, but just don't convince yourself that a WGFV with a correct resistance across the solenoid coil means that it will work properly. A slow/sticky or stuck WGFV will not open and close as fast as it should regardless of this electrical check. Just so you know !!!

are this the singelcoilsystem ,or the the 5 singelcoil system???? ive changed my org borch TCI coil(org vw/audi coil) to a CRANE PS 91 COILPACK. this one have very low imp,and will have low imp leads to the spark. 0,3 ohm pr feet cable.......50kvolt out.no restistor on the sparks.1mm gap on the spark, and NO wheathercond prob at all.
then i changed the hallsensor in the dist,to a gm(opel record) 4 syl( i have the audi KU 5SYL engine in the car !!) gm have the hallsensor of a better Quality, and well fit right in the distr.(remember to change the cable stick on the distr, they are diff)
