Differences 7A and ABY - ADU Head

Hi, i have heard that many of you are using the 7A Head on their cars! What are the differences between them!

aby and adu are the same except the cams are different .7a dosent have any where to bolt the cam position sensor and the cams are different ,also the water manifold is different and you will need to have it machined to accomodate the water manifold .

so it is a lot of work to make a 7A head work on a ABY-ADU engine-electronic!

i'm using 3b on my short wheel quattro and i used the dizzy for cam position location .unless you weld a piece at the front to give you somewhere to bolt your sensor its difficult .

i a, using 7a head. 2 hours machine work.
drill holes for water manifold
make consol for cam pos. sensor or you can use hal sender from the back of the head, like 3b.
dont have plate for engine number.
the old 7a heads has smaller water holes inside.
you can port,polish much better.

Another Question: The ABY head is exsactly the sam ewith the ADU (i mean same constuktion, same valves, same hydros etc) except the Camshafts???
