dancing lambda and CO value

Just took my car for french MOT
the guy did the polution test told me their was something strange with my lambda and CO value
one time i have the lambda ok and the CO value climbing then the Co goes ok and lambda start to climb and then again lambda ok again and Co climbing again.

He say's it's not normal
what do you think?

RS2 chip by mihnea,PKM short IM, forge dump valve, 3" custom stainless exhaust, 18"X8" Porsche 996 rims, conti contact 245/35 Front 225/40 Rear, QR sport top mount, Powerflex bushes, aloy sub frame bushes, neuspeed 19mm RARB,Hard tranny mount, V8 torsen on RS2

the test is made at 3000 rpm
