I have a JB Racing Alu flywheel and driveability is the same as stock, while shedding 15.5 lbs.

    Pro:
Matching revs when downshifting is easy, frees up unsprung weight from the drive train.

    Con:
I get a little rattling sound in summer when the clutch gets hot.

The throttle responce is greatly improved. Revs pickup is much better, and like Yumyjager said, downshifting is very crisp.
