    Boost guage

Hello people, im after a boost guage. I've been through the info on the s2 forum site for them, however, still unsure about where you would buy one and is there a spersific type you need? I take it that a boost guage will make it better to know when to change gear. is it my s2 or me, but if you give it some proper 0-60 style, 1st gear is rubbish because it revs up to kwick! got 5.1 with my mate timing, but cannot get a good take off! so it could be better i recon.............? ABY 6-spd.

    Any info very welcome.........

It is more so that you can see how much peak boost you are getting and for health checks really. Also really useful when having your car remapped

I love s2's to bits, but just to add a bit of contreversy ( excuse the spelling) do you not think there weakest point is initally off the lights, maybe its my clutch? Top end its all you could want, instant pulling power. But why do S3 drivers buy an S3 if there not going to rag it????? tried it on with a few now with no come back!
Why dont they just get a diesel........

It must just be your technique? 7k rpm and side stepping the clutch always gets me away from the lights quickly.
