Depends on application. Those hairline cracks are very common in audi 20vt heads, virtually there are some on any cylinder head of 3b, aby, adu or aan. These cracks are repairable and that is successfully done by many shops. If you want head without cracks, you need to get one from 7a (with some machining). However it may also crack after you boost a little .
