Project engine!!!!!

This sounds to be alot more complicated than I first thought.

My plan was to rebuild the bottom end of my 7A engine which has 110Kmiles on it with stronger items that will take what I am going to dish out on them.

I am already starting to sway away from this and just keep the car at about the 300BHP level (which is what WAB thinks its at) and just get it remapped to tweak it a bit.

That would be so I could start my next project which admitedly would not be an Audi but I am considering a complete mash up of a project. Just to enlighten you all it is as follows.

AC Cobra Replica with a 4WD system and probably an Audi V8 in there for tunability.

What do you think to that then?

What's the point in using GT2 injectors please??? 511cc/min and limited at about 500 crank PS, what's the point in paying Bosch prices?

Sorry that was my bad, I should have said "GT3 spec", I totally agree with not paying Bosch prices.

ADU rods take 600 Nm all day long without a single problem by the way. One of the first ADUs that I have mapped to those torque levels (365 PS too) has just hit 50k miles of thrashing since being mapped and it's still running as strong as the first day I've mapped it.

But how many miles "had" the engine had on it? and I think I said beyond 600Nm

Sorry that was my bad, I should have said "GT3 spec", I totally agree with not paying Bosch prices.

Even GT3 spec, I'd use some nice 650cc/min babies that cost half of the orange top porsche ones... or even better, 730cc with a nice 4 hole spray pattern....

When I tuned it, it had 100k miles, half of that was running at 490Nm on a mild generic chip from a swiss tuning company.
