It would appear that 1.8T coils dont fit the r/cover of the 3B as the stem part needs to be longer. Anyone got over this problem before?? I guess I could use an ABY r/cover??

IIRC someone made the hole larger for the top part of the stem to snug-fit the r/cover. Not sure if this was for the 3B head btw.

I took off the rubber seal from the coils, and grinded the plastic underneath the seal, so the coil fitted into the hole of the 3b cover.
Also I grinded the collar a little lower from the cover.
Works fine. Took an hour to fit them.Everything less than 2 bar is considered to be naturally aspiratedComment

However you modify the 1.8t "115L" coil packs to fit on/in the 3B head/camcover, make sure that the end of the coil pack goes down deep enough to "snap" on to the hex part of the F5DPOR spark plug.
