God this is one of the reasons some CQ owners.....

give up doing an engine changeover to a 20Vt. Lots of people start them but give up when they get to the wiring looms. It's just a big wall to get over!
Somebody would do alot of these poor *******s a favor and either publish or put a blog up dedicated to the wiring conversion of these type of projects with pix. Hell you could even ask for a small sum to send them detailed instructions! These people would only gladly pay a fee just to get past this headache!

Plenty of people have dont it, its just nobody bothers to document it. Thats something i plan to do when i get around to installing mine, i will make a plain and simple guide and leave it on the net for all to see.

ok wab. the wires who are connected to that connector wasnt there before because they just hang without a connector. so i just pressed in the wires in to a connector that i got with the harness, so the connector is not right for that wires i think.

here is pics anyway so you can get a better view of the colors of the cables

you wont have a home for all the connectors so i wouldnt worry too much, have you tried to start the engine?

the wire was just blue it had no tracer(stripe) in it

thing to do is to connect every up you know you unplugged then look at what you have left, from memory its just a blue wire on its own, and i put 12v to it on a switch which i needed to flick before cranking for the engine to start,

have you been able to find a single blue wire?

all it will do if this wire isnt connect is not start, i think it had something to do with the injectors as i went through everything like fuel, spark, timming etc to find this

I think I may have spotted a potential problem with your wiring.

Scotchloks are not a good idea IME. Unless you want unreliable wiring.
