hi guys today have i tried to start the aby engine it didnt start, wab talked about some light blue wire long time ago who needed feed. but he had 3b i think and i have aby, maybe there is a little difference between the wiring. i dont get any spark on my plugs??? please help me someone i have some wires that i dont have connected anywhere that i had shown in this thread before.. i have checked that all the pins who needs feed and ground on the big black connector to the ecu, and everyone is right. please i dont know what to do.

do you have fuel? blue wire on mine was stopping fuel getting through,

next step, check timming

think cam position sensor on the top pulley tells the ecu when to energize the coil packs - not 100% sure tho, also there are two brown wires which connect to the inlet manifold just behind the radiator, make sure these are on well as they can cause spark problems

yes i had connected the brown wires to the manifold. but i still not get any spark. what do you mean by check timing?? is it normal that the hall sensor stop working, if that is the problém?? any other ideas that could be wrong???. im feeling that i am so close to get the engine running. soon im going crazy =)

if your timming is out ie if your marks on your top and bottom pulley dont line up you will get no sparky sparky, you could also have a faulty hall sender, they may come up on vag com, there will also be a way of testing your hall sender on an ocilliascope (prob not spelt like that but hey)

Tried to start mine today. No go. No spark, no fuel pump relay. Also i dont have any voltage on fuse 24,25,28. Any ideas?? ECU has b+ and both earths.

Right just been doing some more investigating. The reason, i think, the car wont start is because fuse S32 is not live with the ignition on, so the ECU isnt earthing the fuel pump relay, which is why the other fuses are not live.

Can anyone tell me where S32 gets its feed from??? Is it from the fusebox??

Help please!!
