Seems very cheap and is in the UK. Also has a wide variety of sizes so might do an S2 friendly one. What's the best size to comfortably fit behind the standard S2 bumper? (600x300x76mm?)

i would like to ask this question:
now that i already bought the samcos,i wouldnt like to have to throw them away with the thought of a new intercooler...So,i would like to know if there is a shop,or a place anywhere with the ability to build a wider intercooler for the RS2,but in the meantime keeping the original inport and outport of the hoses connections.

well i was thinking of upgrading to a bigger intercooler for a better cooling in the hot days of greek summer, but also dont want to make a big drastic change for the 500hp!
is it possible?
keeping the inport and outport hose connections will save me big changes of the whole front part of the car,and also enable me to continue to use my expensive payed samcos!!!

has it ever been done before?
Its a long way from you but www.allisport.com done a nice job for me.
You were correct in your first post. 600x300x76mm is the size you want.
Cheers Stu.
@ Steve. Already spoken to a chap at work about fabricating one for very little money.
Need to chose between an exhaust, suspension rebuild (again), IC + piping or a remap... decisions decisions!
Exhaust is standard and not looking great. Got a quote from Longlife £380, last time it was £550
Suspension is an ongoing project that it would be nice to finish (ARBs too).
IC seems fun cos it's a bit of DIY and would prep the car for more power.
Remap would make the old girl fly even more! Been running like a dream since the MRC health check back in November so would be going back 'up north' (a bit)!
The research and costing continues...
