You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
Concidering upgrade on this one shortly.
besides the modification to mounting the pump,are there any other parts to buy as well to connect the pump or can i use RS2 oem parts i already have ?

if you check out the fitting guide i have posted in the guides section which shows the extra bits you need. parts differ slightly for the avant. i need to dig the parts list out if i can find it. as for source of pump any bosch dealer should be able to order you one
also can anyone clarify to me why there are 2 types of fuel pumps of the original RS2 ??
one with bosch number 040(ending) and one with 910 ending.
ETKA only gives the one that is the 040 bosch number though the 910 is still found in some cars.Unfortunatelly my gas tank is now full and i cannot take off my pump to see what i have installed!!!
can anyone tell me the audi part number of the case in which the bosch 040 fuel pump can be fitted inside the tank?my RS2 apparently has the slim fuel pump and cannot be fitted in that case.i need to buy the bigger one only ETKA only gives one case(measures 43mm) is that the one?or is there another?

actually i need to replace the whole thing i just dont know the part that sits in the bosch pump 040.I need to code so i can order it and use the bosch pump instead
anyone knows the part number?bosch or audi if it was ever offered as a replacement???
