S2 intercooler Vs RS2 ic

does anyone know the dimensions of the 2 above coolers and also whether the RS2 item performs significantly better than the S2 one.

Is the RS2 cooler the way to go or are there other off the shelf items from suppliers which are a better bet?

id' be careful cos a quick skim over says postage is $40 for US residents, ive seen them auctions charge the same for postage as they do the item, making it twice that price!

just looked at the IC on ebay. does anyone know if it is a straight fit or whether cutting etc is needed?

Turbo K24/7200, at 250 km/h,

Air Temp at compressor outlet max. ~210°C at ~22°C outside Temperature

Air Temp at the Throttle body max. ~ 57°C at ~22°C outside Temperature

You get the 1,8bar only for a few seconds, The charged air gets to this temperature only for a few seconds. you get the 210 Celcius only if you are going full Throttle for more than 20 Secs!"

-My question now is: If you got a very Big Turbo (Holset HX40) and still use the stock RS2 intercooler will there be any high air temperatures (higher than with the K24-7200) or because this turbo more efficient means that the charge temperatures will be lower??
