Is it possible to get this kkk27 turbo fitted to the original rs2 manifold? With some adapter of any kind?

Well it certainly won't fit without a lot of work! It could be done, but not worth the trouble IMHO.

A turbo that big would still require a lot of modifications. The hotside doesn't fit the stock downpipe either...

Last but not least, who knows how much power it will give. What car did it come from?

Here's my recommendation: Turbonetics T04E50 turbo and remap from Jonus, that will give you about 430 hp for the lowest price around!
