    7A Blocks

    Hi!

Can anyone confirm/deny that the 7A block has the boss for the turbo return line but it is undrilled! I think I remember noticing that it did but lost a few brain cells since then!

Jamo the question relates to the block not the head that you have shown in the link.

All the turbo return is, is a modified core plug. You can knock the old one out and insert the correct one with the return boss on it.

              Cheers Mark!
Its useful having a lots of stuff hanging around isn't it!
Could you tell me the block p/n number on the other side above the engine mounting bolts, if its not too much trouble!
Bit concerned over an engine I have. It looks like a 20V, has the oil return hole but with a 054 rather than 034 p/n on the block!

                Mmmm..
Without wishing to be a pedant. I would call that the turbo water supply line, at least with the engine running!

                  OK!
Panic over! Realised I had another block to cross reference. It was the ETKA p/n that was causing the confusion. Thought it was too neat a job of drilling!
                  Thanks to everyone that responded!
Should have borrowed Jamo's beer goggles!
