Is this bad?

Hi.
I have tested my car with a gtech RR.
I weight my car first so the kg is 100% correct.
The only problem are i think my 402m speed is a bit low.
The test was done with one passenger (100 kg)

0- 100 km/t 5,5
402m 13,6 sek and 159,23 km/t

What do u people think?
The car has chip an decatted. Xs boostcontroller and running 1,4Bar boost.

ok . tanks for the reply.

I got 201,1 hp and 382 Nm on the wheels. This is netto figures.( without aero loss)
This test was done in 3 gear. and the boost was set to 1,5.
Forgot to say that the car has light alu flywheel(4,9kg) and spec stage2 clutchkit
