Is it the turbo this time?

Finally got my RS2 engine sorted. Had problems with it for almost two years.
After having it looked over by the dealer four times, they finally decided to do a compression test and discovered a hole in the head between cylinder 1 and 2. Big enough to stick a finger through.
Replaced the head with a used one form an S2 and my car was running good.
I've never had the car running properly, so I don't really know if it was running as good as it should. Always felt that something was missing, like there was not enough push from the turbo. Boost gauge was showing 1.6 bar so I did'nt think more about it.

That was until a few days ago..
Now blue/dark smoke is coming out of the exhaust, a lot of it. Engine oil level is dropping way to fast.
Could this have to do with my recent head-change? Or is it the turbo?
The intake hoses have some oil in them, but that isn't too unusual?
I can move the turbo's shaft in and out a few millimeters, is that too much?

    Sorry about the long post!

try to check the original reason why the dent come between 1 and 2 . What HW & SW setup are you running ?

The end play in shaft is quite much. After that big problem in head the whole engine may need to be reworked. Compression test is not so reliable like flow-by pass test for each cylinder for defining where the problem is. Measure the "flow-by pass" in each cylinder to define weather the compression loss is in cylinder area or in head area (valve sealing capability or piston ring - cylinder sealability). I hope this helps a little bit.

Some measurements how the pressure reading does not find the leaking cylinder:

Thanks a lot Tommy, everything helps at the moment.

Seems the hole between 1 and 2 where caused by a leaking head gasket, exhaust gases melted their way through the wall.
I might take the engine apart this weekend and take a closer look. The garage that did all the work on it said it looked good apart from the cylinder head damage. But it never hurts to look at it yourself i guess.

I almost hope that the turbo is the problem now, that would be a easy explanation for the lack of push in the car. But it produces up to 1.7 bar, would a blown turbo do that?
Yet, I feel that with 1,7 bar I should actually feel that it's kicking in. I don't.. Just a very slight extra push at 3200rpm.

My oil pressure at idle is also gone down from 1,9bar to about 1,1bar. Could a oil leak in the turbo cause this? Or could the turbo be blown because of the low pressure?
As soon as the car is in speed the pressure is quite normal.

The only mods on the car is a K&N cone air filter, a forge dump valve, no cats and a MTM chip.

I'm having the head rebulit now, new gaskets all round plus some welding.
Also found out that my ex.manifold was cracked real bad, so a new one is a must.
Still not sure I will replace the turbo, guess I'll try it once again when the rebuild is finished and see if my problems are still there (the smoke).
Found a lot of oil in the intake pipes, IC and manifold. All the pistons were full of black greasy-like oil deposits.

I was told that blocked breather pipes can cause accessive smoking this was a problem on my old ABY Avant ,thought it was turbo when it was the breather pipes
An ex F1 technition diagosed the prob.I cleaned my miltek DV the other night ,it wasnt
closing due to gunk and this seems to produce better thrust than before.
