replacement front panel (intercooler pipe section)

Hi guys does anybody know the best place to get a replacement panel from it is the section running accross the front that the intercooler pipe runs through (i've got a 95aby avant by the way) i've had my car in for service and a check cause i have quite a big boost leak the car has had a very minor front end bump where the previous owner ran into a post at low speed but the panel has been bent and the guys at the specialists i took it to recon it could be the pipe inside the cross member that has split as there is no major splits in the boost hoses etc certainly not enough to loose this much boost anyway i check with the main stealers and they want £705.95 i'll pay it if i have to cause i've got to get this sorted but does anyone know of anywhere i can get one cheaper or more unlikely does anyone have one lying around that they want to sell? thanks for your help guys

Is it the pipe or the o-ring that seals between the pipe and the IC? As everyone will tell you this is a common problem and only costs 25-35 quid to fix. (Mark H intercooler mod)

cheers phil i've looked at this mod but the actual panel is damaged i'm gonna get the reducer for the mark h mod and do that anyway cause either way the front end has to come off
