Software is ment for RS2 hardware. So I tried RS2 injectors and fuel pressure regulator, there was no difference - same s*it!

A-ha. And software is for RS2 ecu right? Changing 300kpa MAP to ABY ECU doesn't make it ADU.

PM with instructions on it's way.
It's still a bad idea to use different injectors

If the TPS is not working as it should it will over fuel resulting in the end to the turbo and em getting red hot, and Imean glowing red hot.

                Vag-com says: 00537.
I think it is not TPS.

same old story.these faults usually come up when either MAF or lambda sensor is down.i changed both and the fault went away

what lamdba did you choose?also check with a new maf.it cant be anything else with that code, unless you have a major air leak after the maf.
also mafs are many times proven remanufactured and of poor quality

                        I used a bosch lambda, nr : 0 258 003 957, same as audi nr: 034 906 265 F.
I have to do a pressure test, then i know more.
I must have 2 bar turbo pressure, i only reach 1.5 bar.
The car loses much turbo pressure at 5000 rtm, at 6000rtm he has 0.9 bar.
My car has black smoke when I accelerate, he almost switch off when i use the clutch.
And my lambda is very black.

                          tell you what.
look for a leak but replace the lamda again.when i had a different problem and my car was running very rich,i fixed the problem but the lambda was then shot and it had only 10000Kms only.so being rich for a while tends to destroy the lambda sensor.
