Ive got an intrmittent break in one of the ground wires connected to the back of the inlet manifold. The car completely dies while driving for a moment now and then, and also sometimes dies in idle.
Two of the ground wires connected to the inlet manifold, when tested with DMM, dont seem to be connected to ECU harnes..
Does anyone have a wiring digram for me?
The pdf of the 1.8t conversion instructions has a simplified wiring diagram. When I developed the instructions, I ran the one ground back through the OE POS connection. This ground goes through the OE harness to the intake manifold ground post. The other ground goes to the cam cover (as per OE wiring).

Its definately a ground wire not making good contact. The car is fine with no codes, then all of a sudden it comes up with internal memory error code and the car intermittently cuts out.
