I bought an rs2 and rebuilt the motor cause it had no power at all. That didnt help so I installed a garett T3/T4 and still no luck!
It only boosts 0.9bar, Ive changed the wgfv and tps, also has no boost leak and still nothing.
The car has no codes.
What else can I look at?
Cats already been removed!!
TPS opens to 95 degrees but resistance at WOT is only 1200 ohms..
Would TPS cause low power?
Was also thinking knock sensors...
Have you changed the cambelt? Had mine set to the marks and no power at all, but came up with a fault code. Retarded it by one tooth and no problem at all. Can't say why...

Having had a long term low boost problem and having checked absolutely everything I and many of this forums members could think of, a wrongly aligned cam belt pulley was the cause of the problem.
I was gonna jump right in and post - cam belt timing !
Its a weird setup on the RS2 - the timing actually looks wrong on the marks when it is set correctly. Very strange...
Other than that you could just have TPS or boost control problems. Joking apart - have you checked the throttle goes 100% all the way open ? If not then you won't get maximum boost from the ECU.
I have changed timing one tooth back and the car is definately better. Its now making 1.1bar boost instead of 0.9bar.
Max boost should be 1.7bar, so gonna have to carry on looking...
1 down X amount of test to go, but at least you are getting closer!
Was the ECU remapped for the new turbo? IIRC the a standard RS2 boosts to around 1.4bar.
Have you locked at the MFTS, that can sometimes cause some low boost issues. Try disconnecting it and see if anything happens, asides from the temp gauge not working.
There are some other tests that may be worth trying in this thread from when I was trying to solve my low boost problems, prior to finding out it was a misaligned cam belt pulley.

You may joke my knowledgeable friend
I was in my Green RS2. Casually dirving along, a little Pug 106 comes from nowhere tailgating me. Thinking I should strech the cars legs a little I prodded the gas. Nothing,a flay response & Suffered the indignity of the 106 going past me
Now to prove a point I thought I would take little detour to put him in his rightfull place. I got near it but could not overtake it
The car was pretty new to me at the time, and I did not know my around it enough to check a few things. I phoned QST, were it had been for a service and performed as should be, and had a usual reponse of "could be a number of things, check so and so,if not bring it to us."
Don't know why, but for some reason I decided to just check the new OE spec overmats that I purchased. Turned out the drivers mat did not quite fit and was rucked up behind the throttle, not allowing WOT to be achieved.

WHat tuning (chip) have you got??
and what other parts such as wastegate etc
also what fuel pressure regulator (not sure if this needs to be changed)
