    Belts

Ok ive built enough courage to ask a noobie question.

is it nessesary to remove the bumper to change the belts? (all belts except the cam).

I just want to know what im getting myself into. Might as well start DIY now i bought all the tools etc..

No. You just need to get underneath to do the A/C belt. The other two can be done from above.

On my ABY i found i had to take the bumper off, but i guess it maybe possible with it on but tbh i could not see a way of doing it.

Ah yes. I forgot the ABY might be different.
I find not having the aux rad helps too.

Do you have aux rad? Do you have an ABY? As I am almost 100% sure it is far easier to spend 10 minute removing the bumper to do this job if you have an ABY and aux rad.

If you dont have the Aux rad its a piece of cake to do without removing the bumper, access is more than enough without aux rad, if you still have it then thats a different matter.

I wouldnt remove the bumper tho.

The only PITA one is the AirCon belt, which you need to do from underneath.

Without aux rad, easy, with Aux rad bumper off.
