1st: If it's K26 from urq, or audi 100/200 - it will not give you +HP. It weaks up at 260hp.
2nd: Yes, it will give you a lag, but not big turbo feeling lag .
3rd: No, it's not so easy, requires serious work.
What you pay is what you get . Stock cold side wheel of this turbo if I remember is smaller than S2 K24. Those K26's are good only for sending to someone, who will add serious cold side to it like HX40 and so on. In worst case K27/K26 hybryd with loads of lag, and loads of power .

P.S. I know what I'm talking about, I have 3B with k24, and AAN with k26.

Depends on the K26/K27 makeup thats quite a broad statement. The one i have is not in the least laggy and just pulls smootly over the rev range nicely.

Hi!
Firstly the K26 will have a physically larger comp wheel than the K24. The part number of the comp wheel indicates its size. The first two numbers are the major diameter in inches (don't ask me why!) whilst the second is the minor dimension expressed as a percentage of the diameter (again don't ask me why!). So the K24 comp wheel is a 2470 and both the 10V K26 are 2664 versions whilst the RS2 is a 2672. I believe that the letters following the numbers relate to the trim. I let you do the maths!
It does seem that the 10V K26's don't seem to work too well on the 20V. It will depend on the version you have. If its the later one, it has a large 56mm turbine than the earlier version which has a small turbine exit of 50mm. Although the comp wheels have the same dimension they are of different trim. I believe the later version has a comp wheel that is of a smaller trim. For reference the RS2 turbine appears to be in the 54mm region.
I haven't yet determined whether its possible to mix and match. Got a funny feeling the shaft diameter is smaller at the comp end on the K24 than K26. Even if it is possible, not sure from what others have said whether its worth it or not!
As for the injectors, don't forget they must be the 0280 150 984 versions. Not all "green" injectors are the same. There are similiar looking ones on certain Porsche/Renault and Cosworth, none off which are suitable due to flow and impedence differences.
