hi, can anyone tell me what engine this block is from, part no. 054103120. also is there anyway of telling what yaer a cylinder head is from by the info stamped on it. thanks

Barry, unfortunately that part number is not a valid part number. You often find this on parts that are cast etc.

ther are som figs on a flat spot,by teh 3.syl... and the figs are like: 3B,7A.AHU,and some nr.123456.they are stamped on ,not like the org figs whu are in the cast.Comment

7A are a 2,3liter(bor 82,5mm block)
some place on the block are the the year like this 250595 . 25 of may 95
the block have 86,4 stroke, and are the 220mm deckheight.
parts insaid may be interchangable with other audi parts. also for the turbo use...Comment
