I need fast help or advice

I have the same problem what i had a long time ago.
I have oil leak from cilynder head gasket(see on picture).
The oil falls done right to the clutch plate.
Thats why i have allways clutch problem.
We changed the head gasket 2 times and nothing better.
The cyl head and the block was resurfaced.
I am using 3b head, 10vt block(same as tdi), tdi steel head gasket.

    Hey..

    Not good.
Im not familiar with the 10vt block at all (or TDi really although I just bought one so I will be soon :mischeif: ) but are you sure its a perfect fit and oil galleries and water passages line up perfectly??

Does TDI steel gasket mate up with your head perfectly in ALL areas?

Did you get the cylinder head pressure tested??
Might be worth getting it resin impregnated next time its off?? (search for this topic on here...theres a good thread on it!)

What was the lead up to this head gasket failure?? have you checked coolant before this and its never brown (always pure coolant mix?)

Have you done a full coolant system pressure test?? if so this should be done though it may be too late?!

Compression test results?? (with head gasket fail and before it??)// though it may not leak till operating temp has been reached?

Lastly if all thsi is negative or OK and you get the head checked / machined and block the same if required...you could always get a good engine builder to O Ring the block and see if this cures your sealing problem....

Like I said..I have no experience or knowledge of your block (or head really!) just offering a few ideas up..

Sorry for asking but may I inquire why you didn't use a 20vT block in the first place ? I mean, you had a 3B head but no 20vT block ? Or did you deliberately choose to use a 10vT block as it has a reputation that it's stronger ?

No pointing finger here, just asking...
