The Mark H O ring mod

    Hi guys

Can I just double check that the reducing size on the silcone hose used in the mod of 70mm - 60mm is the same for a 3B? Reading the thread it does seem so but I want to be sure before ordering! 10 cm a sensible length too?

I can get a good price from fellow forum member Autopipe and as I m on a quest to cure all potential vac leaks this seems a sensible and cheap mod!! He can also get bespoke silicone hoses manufactured so as soon as I can find a spare set of boost hoses will see what sort of a deal can be done there!

    cheers

From experience either get heavy duty jubilee clips of fit 2 off of each to each end to do it up tight enough and get it properly sealed (although I'm not running an O ring at all!). Just my 2p.

sorry, as you can see thats an old photo of someone elses car, plus my hose was a stealthy black.

this is mine, without the bumper

I fitted my samco's other month. So i decided to dig out the silicon pipe for Mark H mod ive been saving for.. ohh 2 years?

I searched everywhere for 3 hours and only found the clips for it.. no doubt i will find it after I order a replacement grrrr
