H-Bean Con-Rods Ebay - Dodgy?

Thought about these for my ABY project: Ebay 270029939819

But I get a feeling of dodgy doings as the seller:

a. Lives in OZ
b. Has all his feedback made in the last month
c. Past purchases seem to be mostly under £2 (excluding strut brace)

And then suddenly he has 10 sets of these tasty rods for sale....

I wouldnt touch them with a BARGEPOLE
Im sure ive seen an identical advert by a very similiar spec of seller too in the past few months
And they were in Oz...but a different name.
I would say a DOUBLE scammer possibly.
Might as well put the money on a bonfire and burn it.

hmm,just out of interest i sent him a message saying one of my mates in Melbourne could come pick them up.The geezer said no problem,no doubt they are made from polystyrene in that case.

I also sent a message to this ebay seller and asked if he was a business then I wanted his business address and telephone number so I could phone him before I made a purchase (yeah...right!!!)
He basically ignored that and said "if you pay me by paypal your guaranteed a refund if they dont arrive anyway!!"
What a crock of *****!
Paypal only guarantee for sellers with 50+ positive feedbacks and only up to ~£100 then. And they very rarely actually pay it.

These look good for the price

All these cheap rods popping up everywhere branded under different names from different suppliers are all the same, all made in China. The package is the only difference.

Supplied by customers I have used them, no problems with them except the weight difference between them is not the best.
