Misfiring - modified 3b engine - help please

I have an Audi 100 Quattro 86 with a 3B block (some internal mods done - don't know the exact mods done to the internals though) Turbonetics T3/4 turbo, RS2 top, exhaust manifold (Don't know the brand), Custom IC made at FMS, tuned at FMS. 3,5" downpipe, 3" exhaust. That sum's it up. 360 HP.

I got the car a week ago, I am very happy with it. But now when I drive it (it's getting cold here) it starts misfiring around 4-4.5k, after the boost has been on for a little while. When it's about to really move it starts, fast (like on a rev limiter - but softer),and it doesn't accelerate all that good.

What could this be? I filled her all the way up 30 km ago.

    Thanks in advance,
    Vilhelm

Did you fill up on the same grade of fuel the car was tuned on? May be poor fuel causing the problem, if not get your tuning checked.

I put on some 99 instead of 98, but that shouldn't do anything to it, should it?

I was thinking it might be the spark plugs, because it gets going again after misfiring for a little.
