Sounds like split hose, air leak.
    Do an inlet pressure test.

air leak.... but wer. ??? my O-ring is new. and a silikone hose is put on it to.
and i have check al my hoses.

and it drive ok the most off time. that why i wont 2 now the bosst.

the over bosst is 1,1 bar ca. and the car do that from small rpm. but it not regular it down again. an then it cutt off. so is my 0,8 ok about 3500 rpm. or shutt it be higher. ???

Could be that, but I'd go after an air leak 1st...

Standard ABY is 0.8bar boost maximum - except in overboost mode when you should see 1.1-1.2bar in 4th or higher from low engine speed when the throttle is floored quickly. This max boost starts to tail off from about 4000-4500rpm.

If you are certain you have no leaks then either the car isn't reliably getting into overboost mode (have you checked TPS resistance values at WOT), or your WGFV (N75) is slow/old and you cannot achieve the target pressure.

Oh also - RESET the ECU by removing it for a minute to clear any existing fault codes before making any more changes... Or you can use VAG-COM if you have it.
