    Induction Kits

Whats would be a good induction kit to get for the s2? I was considering a taipan 2 from quikshift or a bmc cda (carbon dynamic airbox) but i would need to get hold of the U bend. Anyone any ideas???

Ive also read that oiled filters are bad becauase they clog up the maf, so i should be looking for a dry filter?!?!?!?

    discussion welcome

Informed school of thought on here says oiled filters are to be avoided, the MAF gets all mucky. Dahlback do nice one but it is bucks! Not sure if they still even do em. Try the search button, there is loads on this here.

use the search function for Dahlback, you can only get them new from Dahlback , or used probably from someone on here, it's dsicussed in many threads as mentioned previous on how to fab this from silicon or other alloy bends, the kit comes with a k&n powerflow ,you can buy it without the filter, ony good for just over 320bhp, you're talking around £180 ish + bank charges.

b.t.w, I've got a paper tracing of the dahlback h/shield on an old newspaper, I'm sure some of the cad wizards or whoever could use it to make a real template for those that are interested.
