Its a trait prone to only the Bosch spark plug in my experience. When i used to run the NGK plugs in my S2, i NEVER had one come loose. Since changin over to Bosch plugs (NGK's dont like the high boost), they work loose. The washer is the fault of the design. They are junk. A torque is all well and good, but if you change plugs every day, you learn to "feel" when a plug is tight. (not when it goes loose again!! LOL)

Moral of the story is...... NGK plugs are fine on mildly tuned cars and dont come loose.
Bosch plugs are the better plug when the going gets tough, but they come loose, so you have to keep an eye on them, check tightness every 6k miles or so.

If you re-use the bosch plugs, they tend to stay tight aswell

I wrote the procedure for the UrS4/S6 nOObies and, as result, it was for the AAN. I am in North America (Canada) and we did not get any RS2 or S2 cars so I am sure there are subtle differences. No biggie either way. Hope it helps somebody, regardless.
