Hi, second post here so im new but dont flame me for that please 
I have bought a S2 -91 car with 3B engine and I have some question which I hope can get answered. I´ve owned the car for about a year now and I just love it!!
The current extras which is added since I got it is
MTM295HP chip (there is no 295hp but it sounds good
and I was told that those chip works great in general)
250kPA mapsensor <- (forgot that I had this one aswell)

My thought on this car is to improve the tuning a lil bit. But I need your help to figure out what is necessary and what not. I dont want to change turbo as ive read that I would need to do a custom remap. I want to cram out as much horsepower as possible and still keeping the engine in good trim. ->300hp is enough for me in this car. I dont want to go any further as then I would have to tear the engine down and change pistons etc to maintain the engines life cycle. Tuning the engine in its current condition will sure reduce the life cycle, that im aware of but lots of people are mentioning that they are pretty bulletproof so please give me some inputs on this one aswell.
I dont want do too much stuff as tearing the engine down etc but simple stuff like:
changing the exhaust to 3inch (downpipe and the rest)
Get a hold of a better header (cant find many rs2 headers here but there is one I have kept my eyes on (http://www.furans.se/grenror.htm <-- swedish but there is a pic)
Upgrade the fuel pump (if necessary)
Upgrade the fuel injectors (if necessary)
Upgrade the intercooler?? (if necessary)
Upgrade the wastegate (if necessary)
Other stuff that I should be aware of (besides brakes and stuff which I am going to improve as well)?
