I've had a some work done at quattronics over the past few month, recently including a remap by Mark at AutoMark and the results are excellent.

Apart from the ones mentioned above I can figure the following:
Julian Godfrey
Ahmed Bayoo (but maybe too much Cosworth orientated...)

Ahmed has tuned at least 3 Audi IL5 20v turbos
