Simply locates & holds cam wheel to cam shaft when bolts holds it all together. The rounded side sits in the cam flat edge in wheel .

Probably correct for some cam sprockets but not true for the AAN/ABY/ADUs (and maybe the 3B??) because the cam sprocket has a built-in "key" that fits into a groove in the end of the camshaft.

ookeyyyy , so this is the one .. ... strange that ETKA shows this thingy as separate part for ADU !

Tommi's Billet AD001 cam sprocket has a built-in "key" as well (if I remember correctly I didn't have to fit it separately ...)

be careful not to overtighten or pressurise the pulley wheel. the key is like cheese on aby wheels. I have broken a couple in my time.

... what about hexagon bolt M10X1,25X30 (no.6 on diagram, part no.: N90256202) and washer (no.7 on same diagram, part no.: 027109143) - seems that these are special ones and

Could this be for the chain sprocket? At least it looks like that one.
