i made 665hp at the wheels on the GTX3582 gen 2 with 0.82r @ 36psi
i will achieve 700hp+ at the wheels on 40 psi no worries.
This is with catcams and E85 fuel.
roughly that equates to around 800hp+ at the engine
But i think im going to change to either the GTX3584rs or the 6466 gen 2 to aim for that 1000hp markCurrent:
1993 Audi S2 Kingfisher Blue - GTX3582r w/ E85 = 430kw atw
Past:
2002 Audi S4 Nogaro Blue Stage 3+ - 250kw+ atw
2001 Audi S3 Silver - 169kw+ atw

hi momento, 665hp at the wheel are not bad. but with e85 and 2.5bar rather feasible than with conventional fuel. maybe thats not so easy to do with 100 octane. the gtx3584rs makes only marginally more air mass than the 3582 gen2. not even 10lbs. with e85 and a lot of pressure maybe 1000hp possible on the engine. maybe. but the engine an the turbo runs at the limit.408kw @ wheel

what would you recommend? GTX42?
I can only see going a much larger turbo making boost onset well above 5000rpm though, im trying to avoid that.
Currently i have 31psi @ 4600rpm before wastegate opens up

For a GTX42 with E85 you have to build a very stable block. Why do you not put more pressure on E85 with the 3582 Gen2? 43psi? The 3584RS arrives safely at 900+ with E85.
Tille Motorsport has mapped an Audi 90 with 3584RS.408kw @ wheel

Purely because e85 is available on pump local to me. So it made no sense to go with normal fuel
