Wagner Intercooler Kit

Anyone have any experience with the Wagner intercooler kit that is sold at 034 Motorsports? I need a crossmember and the kit has one but the intercooler looks like it might be a little overkill. Any help would be appreciated.

is that the one that only replaces the stock IC, or the one for use with the Wagner reverse IM?

The version with crossmember is the one for reverse manifold because the other version fits under the original crossmember.

I drove the wagner intercooler with reverse manifold for 9 years. No issues, good fitment. Its no overkill because the IAT with this intercoller are still pretty high (50-68°C / 2,6 bar boost)

Be careful with space between Damper and intercooler core... with gearbox spacer ring its only a few mm.

So I can't use this one to replace my OEM intercooler and stock bumper?

If you use the one that comes with crossmember, you need to use a Wagner inlet manifold too.

If you use the other one, you need a OEM crossmember but can use it on oem inlet manifold.

That was exactly the answer I was looking for, can't use the kit without the Wagner manifold. Back to my original solution, need an OEM cross member and the other Wagner intercooler. Thanks

Well you can use it without the Wagner reverse inlet but you need a reverse inlet of some kind
You need the Wagner RS2 Evo intercooler to work with the OEM crossmember and intake

this was the Oilcooler's fist position - but after a few years I placed the Oilcoller up to crossmember and dumped the aux water cooler
