Hey guys how much hp can the stock 20vt motor make before breaking (aan and 200t)? Im talking pump gas with and with out alky injection. Im getting closer to doing my swap and I found a very cheap motor from a local scrap yard and im going to be replacing things like bearings bolts and refinishing it and I want to know if I need to replace the pistons rods crank etc . Also what else should I change while doing the rebuild? Im asking because I want to know how much money I would need.

As long as you rebuild using new (metal) head gasket - you cant get the paper one now anyhow - and new RS2/S2 bearings, you'll be good to 400+ bhp.
I'm not sure how the US spec motors compare but i only assume they're equivalent to ABY in which case the above wont be a concern any way.
The rods can bend at 550NM+ so change those if your setup will give max torque above this limit, and i think head bolts should be uprated above 500hp, do some searches on recent proejcts and engine rebuilds and you should get a few more answers.
