Vag Com to detect slight misfire at boost?

I am wondering if I have a slight misfire at high boost, causing the car to feel like its holding back a bit. Most of the boost control components have now been replaced, and all leaks sorted.

I suspect one of the plug leads (From the coil pack to lead) might be breaking down under stress, as the plug was loose, and the lead is now looks a bit burnt and dirty.

I guess under high boost the cylinder pressure is much higher and the voltage at which the plug gap breaks down in much higher, stressing the plug lead.

Anyway... I have the facility to run the laptop and vagcom in the car. Is there anyway of checking to see if there is a slight misfire happening under load?

VAGCOM will not help you here I'm afraid... Sounds like new coilpack time to me
