I have done a couple of runs, which are linked to here.

I will sort out some notes to go with them tommorrow.

Unfortunately, the sample rate was really low (about 1 second), so its a bit sketchy.

The run where I managed to open her up properly was on file run2.xls and indicated by marker 4 (in col A).

Unfortunately, you can see the sample rate has caused the data to be a bit coarse, but you can see there is no WOT signals at any point. On this run the throttle was always to the floor, with gear changes around 6K.

The max throttle angle (it says degrees) but have been told its prob % is 98.6.

Marker 5 was simply the drive home, being very conservative.

      Hope this makes some sense!

Noticed a few oddballs in the 2ns logfile... Annotated here with highlights and notes.

Occasionally the load signal from MAF appears to glitch - same for throttle angle - and your ECU never recognises the WOT setting. You might have a bad earth here... Or you are very unlucky with dicky connections to MAF and TPS ?

Also noticed that your throttle angle is over the recommended setting of 5-7degrees at IDLE - just makes me wonder is the throttle body adjusted correctly. Have you verified that your TB opens fully with the pedal on the carpet ?

Thanks for your time Paul , I really appreciate it!

Just for clarifaction, what does the load reading mean, and how is it derived from the MAF?

The load parameter is essentially the ECUs view of how much air is entering the engine based on info from the MAF.
