Hi guys, are 16V (ACE, 6A, KR) cam caps the same (dimension) as a 20VT (7A,3B, AAN) ? I missed 7A cam caps and i am not sure if i get it from the previous owner of the 7a head.

head without original cam caps is usually considered scrap. You would need to line bore, which is very expensive and makes it unviable (in most cases)Honda CBR 1100XX Blackbird Turbo....undergoing major changes.....
S2 Coupe... bit easier off the line...

Fitting replacement caps is costly - you need to skim the head and cap faces, then hone the cam bearing bores back out. It is a fair bit of accurate work and will cost hundreds of pounds/euros. Cheaper to get another head mate.
