You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
The old Tommis billet crank gear was about an half teeth off, but seems that new revisions has been changed. As we use dual gears on our dry sump build and made a notice that the new one(3rd rev) is little bit in different position than the old one(2nd rev).

Ok, never used one, so can't say anything about that. But if you break an pulley like this then it must be very bad user error.
