Maybe I'm missing something but why not take water manifold and calipers gauge and make a sketch?

Yes, but I don't have it in hand... I'd have to disassemble a good motor to do that.. And if someone has the cad file .. Much easier...

How about the Hallsenderbracket in the front? Is there any exact place it need to be at.

Not that he's missing work, but by figuring this one out myself (my brother is a machinist), I'll be able to make it work ... I didn't think this was so much of a big deal to share that kind of info ...

It's quite difficult to give info about the hall bracket location, because it need to be very accurate. A jig that keeps the aluminium mount piece in place when welded on the head is almost a must.



Easy solution is to use the dizzy style hall.
